Taco meat was raw they did nothing about it , hair in the food they again did nothing about it . All I got was a sorry an couldn’t speak to a manger . If I wanted to eat junk food I would have went to Taco Bell .
Sat for 20 mins before we got up to get someone for our drink order and after 30 mins without any drinks or service, our party of 9 left and will not be back....
More than one server needs to be with a large group. We were there for a 30-45 mins without chips or salsa. Took forever on food to get out. Our tickets got messed up and took her forever to get it situated.
To whom it may concern. I have followed this location from before they were even open. My company provided equipment to help build not only the restaurant, but the building as well. We decided to go again to this location, we’ve been several times but not in a few months. Let me tell you I was very disappointed. We had issues at the Arlington location.... so decided to try the Burleson location last night. Never again! Took a very long time for anyone to come to the table. We had to ASK for chips and hot sauce..... which was flavorless. Tasted like tomatoes, not like hot sauce. Our drinks sat at the bar so long that they were half melted. Raw onions in the salsa and very strong onion flavor, won't be back. If their salsa is bad the rest is history to me.
Went in around 8:30 on Wednesday nite, not busy, but no hostess to greet us, a waiter came by and seated us. Chips, salsa, guacamole and tea were all fine, nothing special. I ordered the Bo Rio plate, comes with three enchiladas, a tamale, and a taco. Everything seemed fine until I tried the chicken enchilada and it smelled rotten. Salsa needs (a lot) more zip, maybe show it a picture of a jalapeno or habanero. Food ok, a bit bland, could do with spices on the table if not cooked in. Refried beans need some (beans that is). Decor lacks ambiance. OTT, ok.
Took too long to get food and the food wasn’t as good as other locations. You ate so much chips that you got full before dinner finally comes.
