Restraunt was clean and service was great. Seated immediately for our visit. Salsa was a fail for me, the food was bland and had no flavor. This was my first visit here. Its a new location so i will give them a second chance...
I have been 3 times already and have the same complaint every time, the food is not hot enough, the cheese enchiladas I got This time had a solid piece of cheese like a cheese stick that wasn’t even melted.
Nothing to brag about. My food wasn't prepared as ordered, was barely warm, and there was a charge on the ticket for an item not ordered. They were super busy, and several times a manager, or someone who appeared to be a manager, swung past the table asking if everything was ok. At that point, I'd have had to scream for him to hear because the noise level was so high plus I could tell he was in a hurry.
Salsa and chips good. Our waitress (from Antonios) was great! Cheese enchilada was really good. But.... Too noisey, the refried beans were not good. The rice was hard, maybe not cooked all the way. I didn't like the meat on the chulpa... it ran down to my elbow with grease�
Was there Saturday night about 8:00 so only about a 10 min wait. The restaurant is beautiful. We were curious if a manager was there because we never saw anyone and the young employees were all about visiting with each other and the ignoring the customers. Bus boys walked by tables needing bused more than several times. Wasn't impressed. We went for lunch, and it was not busy, which was great. Seated promptly and the server greeted up quickly. The service was mediocre at best. the check was dropped off at the table right after our entrees were brought out. We were not in any hurry, but felt rushed at that point. The food was very good. The waitress may have been new, not sure but at one point she set someone elses tea in front of me, I didnt relize until I sucked tea from the straw, it was sweet and had a lemon in it. Mine was unsweet, no lemon. That was it for me. I will go back and be more alert.
Slow service, food wasn’t very good. Hostess ignored us for a good 5 minutes while chatting with a friend.
