Food was excellent and they have a really nice wine list
This remains one of our favorite places! The food is intentionally salty and reflects true Italian cuisine. Rustic, relaxed experience. Could offer more than a single slice of bread. Otherwise, fantastico!
Everything was great! It was our wedding anniversary. We had dined at Bacchus near the Lakefront for mmmmany years. We were sad that they were not open on Sunday. Tosa Bartolotta did a great job. All the Bartolotta's do a great job. Food, service, etc etc.....

The food & service at Ristorante Bartolotta are ALWAYS outstanding! And you must leave room for the tiramisu. There is no better tiramisu anyway, including Italy. Best restaurant in Wauwatosa.
I love going to this restaurant, it can be a little noisy and it can be crowded but the food is wonderful and makes up for everything else! And they seriously do have the best calamari I have found!
The food and staff are always excellent! The proof is in 25 years plus in business and always in the best restaurants in Milwaukee!
Again Jill and I were able to find bar seating and enjoy a relatively quiet evening with bartender Mary helping all the way. The new chef's menu plays on a lent theme with three seafood courses. The first was a browned butter sautéed Dover Sole over a green salad. The perfectly cooked Sole played well with the salad; an excellent starter.
