The food, atmosphere and service are always great.
The food was delicious and the wait staff was exceptional. The ambiance was charming as well. Highly recommend.
Food and wine were very good although the langostine was too expensive for quantity of meat extracted.
Excellent as expected from Bartolotta brand. Bar service slow due to only one on staff, but busy for Sunday evening so might have been understaffed. Wait staff was good, attentive. Food excellent. No soup option that day so went with salad instead. No sign or visit from manager during entire visit, but not expected or needed. Sometimes smaller venues like this someone drops by in addition to the regular staff.
First meal I have left Ristorante Bartolotta disappointed. My wife and I love fresh heirloom tomatoes, so we decided to trust the chef with his fixed price menu around this seasonal offering. The starter of Burrata cheese and heirlooms with aged balsamic was wonderful. Unfortunately that was the highlight. First time and will be back......
This is a quaint Italian restaurant in downtown Tosa. Many old family pictures on the wall to set the ambiance. I had the duck ragu (pappardelle?) on homemade ribbon pasta. It was excellent. My husband had a seafood di mare w/ roasted veggies grilled w/ lemon and olive oil. Everything was cooked perfectly. Our waiter, Sam was wonderful. Definately worth a trip!
Delightful experience. Food & service extraordinary. A special treat: sitting next to Ted and Maria (Bartolotta).
