Few delays but once everything came together it was good. The installers were great, explained everything, verified I understood and agreed. Carlos went out of his way to bring something they needed. Certainly appreciated that extra effort. Floors look great.

Dave Malone did a great job as sales representative. He explained all the details to me and answered all my questions. He was also easy to reach for additional questions and concerns that I had. The installer also did a great job. It only took him a few hours to complete and the floor looks great. He was friendly and respectful.. He also answered questions that I had.
