Dave Malone did a great job as sales representative. He explained all the details to me and answered all my questions. He was also easy to reach for additional questions and concerns that I had. The installer also did a great job. It only took him a few hours to complete and the floor looks great. He was friendly and respectful.. He also answered questions that I had. The installers were on time and were efficient and timely. Our only complaint was that they almost never closed the outside door and it was a VERY hot day.
