The installers were on time and were efficient and timely. Our only complaint was that they almost never closed the outside door and it was a VERY hot day.

The floors are beautiful just like I had hoped. One issue the flooring guys knocked the brand new paint off the corner of the wall between the hall ways. I will have to get my handyman to repaint it. In addition some of the planks have a sticky substance where they are connected to each other. I hope that comes up when the cleaning company starts their job.

I was thrilled with the support from RiteRug from start to finish. We were moving into a home and had a very tight timeline.
