Jerry is always great to deal with at RiteRug, Eden installed new carpeting for us today and did such an amazing job (even got rid of some of the squeaks before installing). Very professional and proficient. Very happy!

It took 2 weeks to get my order. I was told that I would get it in 3 days but . I had to call them several times

I had other guys putting in hardwoods that weekend and they highjacked the keys that were in the lockbox and were using them down at my neighbors who was also getting her floors done which resulted in them having to wait close to 40 some odd minutes for me race over to bring another set to get in the house. The guys working didn’t even hint at being upset with me and were completely friendly about it all. Then they knocked it out that after noon leaving brand new perfect looking carpet as the only trace they were even there.... read more
