Whole experience was wonderful. I even added a last minute add and they got it all done in time. Kevin was wonderful and communicated with me the whole time. He was very knowledgable and helpful during the whole process. The crew was great, respectful and cleaned up after. My floors and stairs look beautiful!!

Our salesman Bruce P*** was very helpful and timely in getting our quote completed. We extended our hardwood into our family room to complete the first floor in hard wood. Our installer Ervin and his crew were fantastic! Ervin did an amazing job interweaving the old and new hardwood so that there was no transition piece. The results were amazing! Ervin at first had concerns and explained very clearly to me the options. Ultimately he did the interweaving based upon my request and I could not be more happy with the way it look... read more

We had Riterug come to our home. Our salesman Kevin W***** was excellent. He brought samples and measured everything in one visit. He was able to order and set up the installation in 8 days!!!! Our installation crew called in advance and showed up on time. They were very professional and got the job done quickly.

I just want to thank Kevin in In Home Shopping. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I also want to thank Jesse from *** ****** ********and his crew for doing repair work before the carpets and flooring were installed. He took apart a large king size bed for me and explained to me how to put it back together! Freddie and his crew came out and did the flooring. They were very nice and polite! Kevin W***** was our home shopping manager...twice! Everything he told us, he followed through with. We are so happy with the quality and the service. Kevin set us up with ********** for plumbing issues, and they were great too! Also, because of a previous leak, our bathroom floor needed to be repaired and leveled before our floor could go in.
