Bad Construction Paper thin walls, ceilings and floors. Badly insulated, I can hear a dog walk across on the floor above me. Neighbor noise complaints are an everyday thing, I guess we all can learn to tippy-toe. Some thump sounds com from 2 apartments over, its all connected. One of the worse features of the wood structure, not worth the premium cost. Neighbors who moved 2 weeks ago already talking about moving out. Recent management changed, lack of experience is pretty evident.
