After I drove my car into the Bay. A lady by the name of Francine came and told me what was going to be happening with my car. I was in there to get an oil change. So she directed me to have AA seat in their lounge area and have a cup of coffee and just wait for my car. It didn't take very long at all.. I felt very comfortable, and at ease with the service. I will certainly be back again for my next oil change or we'll be back again if anything should be wrong with my car. Thanks!

Has a complaint previously about car was services (auto spa) but I’m thankful to the service manager John who came through and resolved my dissatisfaction. I also want to thank the sales manager who connected with John to solve my problems. The car is now properly detailed and will definitely be back. Jeff the rep was a great help and his service was excellent. The only thing preventing a 5 star was my discovery that my car issue had been resolved after the diagnostic and I had to go back to cancel a part order and follow up appointment, but this was apparently not caught or communicated by the mechanics.
