Christmas family getaway This was something I always wanted to do for my two kids. Being a single parent on a budget I thought it would be hard to pull off a vacation esp this time of year but the price was great and the place was just the right size for us. We really enjoyed our first Christmas vacation and would thanks to the view of the pond it was like we had still had a little bit of home with us. The stay was fine, but your service fell way short. I e-mailed you to inform you of an illness for one of our wives at home and that we would be checking out a day early, and you chose not to respond. I talked with the people at River Oaks and they said it would not be a problem with them to refund one day and if you would have contacted them they would inform you as so. I want to request a one day refund. Steve Burton
