Only complaint is the need to hold a cleaning deposit for two weeks! We left the Villa exactly as we found it. We always do. I even vaccumed the entire place as we were leaving. We will surely return.
Nice and 5 minutes away from almost everything Shopping and adventure. Everything we wanted to do was right there

First Trip to Myrtle Beach This was my family first trip to Myrtle Beach. Going on vacation and staying in a hotel make me nervous, because they don't all look like their picture and the upkeep is not always up to par. River Oaks looked just like the advertised photos. Excellent choice! !! I loved my 2 bedroom condo at the Grand Villas through River Oaks Resorts!!!! It was clean, the rooms were nice sized, and the decor was modern!!!
Great Family getaway! Had a blast !! Great experience ! Pool, hot tub, places to cookout! Staff was great!!
Fun family experience When I checked into river oaks I was a little apprehensive about our overall comfort as a family of five staying in a two bedroom condo. We were vacationing on a budget and also wanted some of the comforts and conveniences of home. It turned out to be a wonderful experience for us. We stayed in 27 g and thought it was nicely decorated as well as updated. Our two girls shared the bedroom with the twin beds and our teenage son had the sofa bed. Nice view of the golf course. There were some weird rules that were strange. For example the speed limit on the road that the hotel was on was 35mp we had to go 19mph. just weird rules.
River Oaks 8/2013 The area is beautiful, within 15 minutes of everything! Condo was pretty clean, bathroom had a little mold on the shower door glass, eww. We were on the 3rd floor which wasn't fun to take all of our luggage up, request bottom! No wifi and had the smallest washer/dryer combo ive ever seen. Full kitchen was nice. Overall ok. Good location and mostly clean, would stay again, next time we will stay @ a condo with wifi and on the bottom floor.
