Not far from the beach The price was reasonable and the location was good. It's on the golf course which is nice and there is a view of the river. I would have love to have had information on boat rental. One complaint is the bedding. It was old,faded and had holes. The pillows were flat and you only get one. The king bed was two twins pushed together. The TV's were small and old. But for the most part, the facility was nice.
River oaks Overall you get what you pay for. Rooms need to be updated . Was supposed to be a king bed , was just two single beds pushed together. TVs are old.
Good for family We really enjoyed our stay. If I had to criticize something it would be stains on the couch, but other than that it was a very nice place to stay. I would definitely stay there again.
Centrally located Need a better cleaning staff- at least the room we stayed in did.
stay at river oaks When we arrived we received a card that allowed us to get into pool area and restroom. Our room was not ready do to a mix up with the staff. When we went to the pool and went top change into swimsuits the restroom needed a code to get into not a swipe card. There was no place to even swipe a card. We went back up to the front and the staff didn't even address our concerns, we even took a picture that showed her we couldn't get in with a swipe card. Nice Golf Course Condo The condo was in a vary manicured, golf course location. It was a very nice place to stay with lots of space. It was advertised that there were 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom but in actuality, there were two double beds. One downfall was that the beds were not very comfortable and the master "king" bed was actually 2 twin mattresses placed side by side. That was a disappointment.
