This is my second trip at the facility and I can't tell you how therapeutic these trips have been to me. The treatment at the facility is amazing but these trips really give you the time to reflect on what we've learned.
This place saved my life. The staff genuinely cares about the clients. If you’re struggling with addiction and mental health, this is the place to go.
The facility is beautiful. Staff are compassionate.

The staff is genuinely warm and helpful. Therapists and groups are very helpful. I don’t think they’re taking enough measures in order to take control of group sessions where people are constantly talking, consistently coming in very late, then taking over the group and making it all about them, and the constant in and out of groups for whatever reason. It’s extremely distracting and causes tension, none of which is conducive to my recovery
They are working on getting the accommodations back to how I believe they were pre pandemic but its not quite there yet. The staff is nice and I believe they try their best. The kitchen staff is great I am just a picky eater. The case management does need to step it up though.
R.O. was truly a God-send for me in so many ways. I used to joke around saying I got a 2 for 1, Treatment and a Resort. I mean you get awesome meals and a full body massage! My therapist Kathy and also Demetrius changed my life forever. I realized that my substance abuse was much deeper than what I ever realized. Today I have almost 3 years clean & a beautiful 1 year old that gets a much better mother than he would\'ve ever had if it wasn\'t for my time at R.O.
