Mourice is a very understanding man, who did the random screens. He never made it awkward and made it as quick as possible. He would even start a conversation with me, which made me not so uncomfortable. He smiles all the time and wasnt judgmental at all. River Oaks has wonderful staff and leadership, all around, and always willing to help everyone. When I needed anything I knew I could reach out to any employee I seen first, and I would get the help or answers I needed.
River Oaks has one of the hardest working, happy and friendliest staff member ever. His name is Rosae! He works so hard at making the property look so good. Every time I see him, he is on a mission. He also brings the coffee and creamer every morning, which was a big deal to me! When anyone walked by he always said hello, he also has good mood music playing while he works on the landscaping! When I didnt know which building my groups were he stopped what he was doing and showed me where it was.
Kendrick is a great nurse, He is so professional and good at his job. He shows compassion, and is very quick. When he noticed that I hadn't gotten my meds at med time, he came to my room and told me time was almost up! I was detoxing so so bad, and he showed that he takes pride in his work and works hard. River Oaks Treatment Center is the best place to be if you or someone you know is struggling with addiction. Amazing groups and lessons that can honestly safe your life if you put forth the effort. The night nurse Frank, is the best! He is quick ,efficient and always in a good mood. When I was there he never had a long line for medications, and was always on top of things when the residents needed anything.
