Dr. Karen was magnificent!!!! We are on vacation and our German Shepherd had GDV- bloat. In hours, she would’ve died. She was attentive, caring, and kept us up to date. We are forever thankful.
when arrived for appt, got Brooks right in for exam and vaccines. Staff explained everything, answered all my questions .
The whole staff was super kind and gentle with my old tom cat. I never felt rushed and the options and information they shared with me was thorough and easily understood. I also liked the fact that they didn’t pressure me into treatments or tests. Everything was completely up to me. My cat was given opportunities to take a break, in between exam procedures and the staff would talk to him and pet him. I had an urgent care situation which was attended to quickly. The best vet clinic I’ve ever used, paws down! 🐾
Every single care giver showed compassion to my Airedale and to me. Every single caregiver was knowledgeable. Dr. Karen knew what Oliver’s illness was immediately and did the necessary tests. She was in touch with my primary veterinarian and collaborated to discuss how to further care for him. I thank them.
We have used Dr Randy for 15+ years! We live in Creede and they are worth the 2.5 hour drive! They are so efficient, caring and knowledgeable.
Everyone was great from front desk, Megan the tech, and Dr. Natasha. We brought our Roo in for an Urgent Care visit and he received the best care. Very thorough and explained all treatments and cost. I loved that they called next day to follow up with Roo’s recovery. Such a good experience. we will now bring all 4 of our fur babies there for their routine care and emergency care if ever needed.
The veterinarian that i saw for my little dog Ruby was extremely kind, gentle, & caring. We’ve been to Riverview for multiple urgent & emergent visits over the years & the staff have all been wonderful.
They were amazing with my dogs end of life care. They got him in when nobody else did and helped him pass with dignity. They were amazing and I will forever be grateful.
