I didn't like that my room was one hour late.

Thank you for your feedback. Our cleaning staff tries very hard to have all the rooms cleaned by 3 pm but being short staffed it doesn't always happen.

Absolutely loved it. The Casino floor staff and the front desk staff were the nicest and most helpful people ever. They are the shining star of this property and the free valet parking was a wonderful surprise. The room was fantastic. Minor complaints: lack of dining options. There is one restaurant and the staff there seemed almost annoyed when people came in to order. Would like other options as well as a bit more of a gift/necessities store. The casino/hotel was decorated beautifully. Rooms were very nice and had a good view of river. It was actually a quiet hotel. The restaurant had lots of options and was very tasty. The staff was so friendly!

Dining options were minimal, room could have been cleaner. Casino was a little overpriced - would be nice to have $10 blackjack tables.

Everything was nice just too much smoke in the casino and the bathtub water fills up when you taking a shower
