Ashleigh took great care of me when I checked in. Good food. Everyone friendly.
Business response:
Thank you for your feedback! We are looking forward to your next stay with us.
I like that the casino and hotel are all in one building. Everyone was very friendly. Room was nice. Bed was too firm for me but hubby liked it. Radio and TV did not work, someone was sent to room and he was able to get TV working although the channel selection was horrible. I will come back.
Business response:
Thank you for your feedback! In order to fix the issue with the television, please provide us with your room number.
Riverwalk is a small casino and has fine selection of gamblign options. We had trouble checking in. Whether it was Expedia fault or the casino, it took 45 minutes for them to find and confirm our reservation. Both long and frustrating. If had not had my confirmation on my phone, I suspect they were going to charge me again.
Business response:
Sometimes the Expedia reservations don't get to us in a timely manner. We are sorry that you had to wait.
nice place The hotel and casino were very nice...checkin was easy and very friendly. Would have been nice to have a place to eat tho.

We were just passing through so it was a nice place to stay for the night. Restaurants are closed so we ordered pizza.

Thank you for your feedback. We are currently remodeling our restaurant to make it better for our guests.
Only problem is the restaurant in closed there is no place close by to get service.
