Very dirty rooms and public areas, Smoke from Casino wafts into lobby and restaurants. In an almost empty dining room we were denied sitting by windows to see the "view" of river. We were told this was because the window seats were reserved for a large group (group never materialized while we were eating).

The bed sheet had stains on them. The tv wouldn’t work. I did let the front desk know and maintenance was supposed to come never did. The check in and out was a breeze tho. We ate at the restaurant. Good was hot and service was good. Casino was small not a lot of games to choose from.

Couldnt even get a cup of coffee in the morning except from the casino. The coffee in ghe room was old.. Asked for more and said they couldnt find any.

I was only there for 8 hours for a business trip. When I woke up I learned that a co-workers car had been stolen from the parking lot.

The room was nice, a little dated, but clean. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. Elevator didn’t work, but this was a minor inconvenience. I stayed here to gamble. Blackjack dealer wasn’t friendly and the place was dead. Didn’t see a cocktail waitress the entire time I was there. Decided to eat at the casino’s restaurant. Went in and sat at the bar. Sat there for 10 minutes (apparently there wasn’t a dedicated bar tender) while staff came behind the bar to fix drinks. No one asked if I had been waited on or if I wo... read more

This place is nothing like the website. The non-smoking room was completely smoky. Only one elevator, and the only thing slower than it was the waitress service in the restaurant. Had the steak special. Sent it back, the first time in years that I’ve done that. They brought out the brussels sprouts that went with it. Then they brought another steak, which was OK. The food was not very good and it was very hot to distinguish between smoking and non-smoking areas. The staff did not appear to be well worst with procedures
