Our room was very spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. My only complaints areI wish the bathroom had a tub instead of just a shower and really didn’t have good food option if you didn’t eat the buffet.

Rooms are nice- clean. Casino is small but ok. Bar service in casino leaves a bit to be desired

Was disappointing no drawers on the credenzas Also bar and grill would do no substitution of pasta even though there were other dishes with pasta that I requested.

Horrible place to stay for your gaming experience. While the room was nice, clean, comfortable(although the safe did not lock and there was a leak in a window or AC condensor unit which kept the far wall carpet very damp) and the restaurant food was good.....the casino is a disaster. To begin, at the bar the gaming machines with touschscreen often froze up because the screens were filthy and sticky. those screens had not been cleaned or recalibrated in days or weeks. No hot water. Luke warm water was a deal breaker. Stayed four days and never cleanex room. Double charged for lunch and restraunt staff seemed to be taunting me. Very unprofessional. Dealers and pit bosses were friendly and professional. Gambling experience was nice. Hotel was not professional. Way to high riced for the experience. Sincerely James
