We were hoping to spend a little time in the casino for our stay, however as soon as you walk in you are hit in the face with an overwhelming cigarette smell. It was absolutely awful. Couldn't even get to our room without having to go through the smell. We had hoped then that we could park in the parking garage and avoid having to walk through that smell to get in and out of the hotel, but they said no if we parked in the garage we still had to walk all the way around and in through the front area to get to the elevators. Very run down looking and needed lots of updates. Staff was very nice and room was large but was just ok. Going by the casino looked like only locals there and looked run down as well. We were the only ones in the hotel restaurant and food was ok.

The bed was comfortable. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Easy to park either on the lot or the parking garage. The air conditioner worked well. We booked two King rooms, it was spacious enough. Our room had no bar of soap, one of the towels had a big hole in it. The vent in the bathroom had tons of fuzzy dirt on it. We found a soda can crammed under part of the bed by the headboard. The restaurant wasn’t really staffed. We ate dinner and breakfast there and there was no one to seat us. The bathtub needed a good scrubbing. The sheets were too shallow for the mattress. They would come loose when you laid down.

Room was sorta dirty. One bed the fitted sheet wasn’t all the way on the bed and it was old with fabric pills and pulled threads. The fitted sheet on the other bed was way too big for the bed and was hanging down, very wrinkled like it was it wasn’t changed. Crumbs on the carpet.

We were extremely disappointed! We checked in to a horrible place and it was so dirty! We ended up leaving and going to stay at a much nicer safer place in Vicksburg. It was so rundown, disgusting with trash all over the property. I will never recommend or go back there
