Hi Jereka! We are working on updates to our hotel. We currently have Microwaves on the 2nd & 4th floor in the Vending area.
There is basically no bar and the staff at the bore have no problem ignoring you time and time again. It was almost to the point of embarrassing to try to buy or collect a beer.

The room had no fridge to place any cold drinks or leftover food. The bathroom had doors where you could hardly open them to get into either bathroom or shower on top of that dining closed at 10 PM with no other options in the morning no coffee and the dining was out of order. None of this was mentioned when booking the room very disappointing.

We have maintenance on call for any issues with your room. We also have a 24-hour Giftshop that has late night snacks until our eateries open for the following business hours. Terrible Mattresses Hotel was decent, my problem was the bed. The mattresses were very uncomfortable.

Won’t stay again The signage out front was not “hotel friendly”. We parked in the back and had to walk through the casino to get to the hotel portion. Then we were told it would be best to move our vehicle to the front. So I had to go back and move it. The person checking us in struggled to check us in. Tried getting a deposit from us multiple times. Had to end up asking for assistance. When taking a shower, the tub did not drain. There were only 3 pillows and they were all very flat.

No towel rack to hang wet towels in the bathroom. Serious cold draft in the bathroom. Mini fridge was not cold(at all and yes, thermostat was turned all the way up) food did not keep 😞 !!! Temp in the room was more cold than the 74 degrees we had it set to. Valet parking was only Saturday and Sunday!?!? Besides those little issues, the room was nice size for 3 adults, beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels, T.V. worked. Front desk personnel were very nice.
