We had a reservation, but called and cancelled when American Airlines cancelled our flight...due to weather and lack of staff...no fault of ours. The hotel charged us for a late cancellation, which is understandable. When the airline allowed us to fly on standby, we went to the hotel hoping to be able to stay in our room anyway. When we arrived , we were told there were no rooms available, and our room had been rented, which is understandable. BUT, they would not refund our $, which is NOT good customer relations. We checked in at 4 and left bu 1030. Very unscrupulous individuals everywhere. No security. It was awful. Unless youre doing dirt....DO NOT STAY HERE.

Horrible Room was Smoky, too much deoderizer in the carpet to cover up the cigarette smoke. Room was very small for $230 total cost. We stayed at a Courtyard suite for $198 and it was amazing.

The room was clean and spacious. However, even though it was a non-smoking room, the smell of smoke was prevalent (even though they tried to disguise it). My allergies were awful during my stay.
we reserved our room on Expedia app but before I hit submit I called to ask a couple of questions. My husband doesn’t like to put his card info on the internet so I put in mine, while I’m on the phone with someone from the hotel I ask her if it’s ok if I put my card info in but we pay for the room with my husbands card when we get there. She says ‘yes that’s fine, as long as we have a card to reserve the room then she says I’ll put this in the notes.’ She tells us thank you and they will see us soon! We live 2 hours away. Disappointed! Was not impressed. Economy type rooms. One small restaurant. Had to stand in line to Oder, like a fast food restaurant. Slot machines were dirty. Staff not friendly. Will not return.
There was a horrible smell and the room wasnt as it was pictured on the website, and it was clean
