Hassle at check-in because my reservations are always under my husbands name & I have never had a problem with that at other hotels when he was not with me but this hotel would NOT let me check in untill I called Hotels.com and added my name to the account! I had the confirmation receipt with my e-mail but they still would not allow. This fiasco detained us 30 minutes when we were tired. It is difficult to find the telephone number for Hotels.com now with the change to One Key when it used to be easy to call & a real person ... read more

If your looking for basic,this is it! There are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. No comforters or blankets on beds. No exhaust fans in bathrooms. Just a bare bones basic room. Restaurant in lobby was great last time we visited but quality has taken a steep decline.

The water was barely warm. We couldn’t adjust the temperature enough to make the room comfortable. There were dead bugs in the bathroom.

Oth Expedia and riverwalk wouldn’t return my cancellation when I seen I reserved in a different country. They both say call each other.

Skip this hotel/casino They piped in a scent/deodorizer to help with cigarette smell. If you have asthma or breathing problems DO NOT go to this casino/hotel. They didn’t have or know what an ionizer is to clean the air. The bed was tooooo soft!! Air conditioner/fan was so noisy!!!

Why Riverwalk? False Advertising. Riverwalk?? There is no Riverwalk. Got me hook line and sinker just by naming it "Riverwalk" no place to walk along the river. False Advertising in my book. If all you going for is the casino, maybe it's okay. I booked thinking there would be outside walking besides the parking lot. Never again for me. This place just hits me in a bad way, and I walked away a winner.
