This casino is small. The room smelled like smoke and door looked like it was kicked in.

The bed was comfortable but the room smelled, was very outdated, had missing fixtures, and was not very clean. It reminded me of a cheap Red Roof Inn or Motel 6 room where you try not to touch anything, don’t dare leave any bags or belongings on the floor, and make sure to wear sandals or slippers lest walking on the nasty carpet with bare feet. Dining at “Smiley’s” was not what expected. Poor fast food type experience including ordering from menu on a wall behind where your standing to talk to the person talking your order in front of you. The only entrance to the hotel from the parking garage canopy was through a smoke filled area of the casino. Staff friendliness was average, not overly helpful with directions or amenities. Would try a different place the next time.

I paid nearly $400 for 2 nights. I am not a gambler. I stayed in a Casino because I had always heard they were very nice, with luxury amenities, great food and restaurants, and excellent service. This place had no bar where I could sit and talk to guests; the restaurant was equal to Denny's ( I was served cheap wine in a 6 oz. plastic picnic cup) ROOM SERVICE DID NOT CLEAN MY ROOM OR REPLACE TOWELS, WATER, OR COFFEE PODS. The Restaurant is not what we expected. Order and pay at the entrance, get plastic ‚silver‘, wine in plastic cups, no free water but foot was ok. If I want fast food, I go there but not in the hotel restaurant. On Sunday we didn’t get breakfast, only brunch was possible.
