Staff was amazing. Room was clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Bed was very comfortable. I loved the black out curtains. The casino was terrible, but the hotel stay was great.

The room was very nice and upgraded. Great bed. The hotel/casino is right on the Mississippi River which was nice to walk out front and see. Short drive to historic downtown for walking and eating options. Also enjoyed driving through Vicksburg Military Park. Loved the history of Vicksburg.

Mother Daughter roadtrip overnight stay This was the first overnight stay of a roadtrip for me and my elderly mom. The hotel was clean and has a nice size casino on the first floor. There wasnt a handicap accessible room available and my mother was not able to get in the bed from it being too high but the hotel staff brought us a stool to use. All the staff we spoke with were so nice and helpful!!

Food over charged, a six oz. Water bottle with food

The restaurant does give out complimentary 6 oz. water bottles to guests. The casino only carries one size of free bottled water. Thank you for your feedback. We will pass your comments along to the food and beverage department.
