Clean casino hotel Friendly, efficient check in and out. Room quiet, bed comfortable. Easy access to I20. Great views of Mississippi River. Would stay again.

Nice! The room was very nice, updated and clean with a great view of the Mississippi. The bed was very firm and comfortable. No issues at all, except the bedside lamp didn’t work. The toilet needs replacing as it’s actually “peeling” inside the bowl! ( never saw THAT before). I was disappointed there was no valet, as I have a mobility scooter, but understand why it’s weekends only. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside of my short stay was losing money.

It’s cheap for a reason I understand it was a hotel/casino however, the smell of air freshener smacked you in the face all throughout the place. The casino allows smoking and it smelled like they were trying too hard with no luck to cover it up. The room was ok. Not the cleanest. We didn’t go for the casino but just as a one night getaway. The room was cheap and I’m grateful for that but I guess you get what you pay for. The restaurant on site was awful. The food for dinner was low quality and everything tasted microwaved. Just one complaint Check in was very good. Staff is always nice, helpful and friendly. Just one complaint: Why are there little to No hangers in the closet (we had only 2 this visit) AND why are there NO hooks OR towel racks in the bathroom?? We were there for 2 nights, we had to use the 2 hangers in the closet to hang out towels in the bathroom. Also there are no towel racks for hand towels? I posed this very same question Last Year and obviously nothing has changed.
