Pleasant stay. Comfortable, clean room. Quiet and restful. The only drawback is walking through the casino and the restaurant. Neither was desirable but it’s a casino property so there you are.

Wow! Oh, my. This room is amazing. The king bed is wonderful, everything works perfectly, so quiet, roomy. I am so impressed.

The hotel check in was smooth and easy. Everyone was friendly and the room was clean and smelled amazing. The Smiley restaurant was delicious (we had breakfast there). The property was clean and inviting. I was disappointed to learn no one under 21 can stay on the premiss as we will be visiting Vicksburg often and have a young child...but when it is just adults this will be where we stay! Overall excellent!

Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and was hot. I was on the 5th floor and it was very quiet …. Perfect. Had no problems and staff was friendly and polite.

Friday the 16th Check in was great. Room was nice. Mystery water leak in bathroom coming out of the floor. Lighting was not adequate.

Clean room, friendly staff, comfy bed The first room they put me in did not have a river view but when I asked at the front desk they switched me to a room where I could watch the barges come down the river. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the bed was really comfy. My only complaint would be that the restaurant did not have a full menu due to water pressure issues. we ended up having a pizza delivered from Dominos.
