My dislikes about the casino was the lack of entertainment and the minimized food options. Otherwise, the hotel accommodations were very adequate for the price and I will stay again.

Our room on the 2nd floor was very quiet, even with the casino downstairs. The casino was quite active on the Thursday night. Everyone was very friendly.

Check in was easy and quick. Room was ready and clean. My problem is how the hotel and casino staff handled the problems caused by a major storm. While they were not able to control the weather and subsequent power outage, their communication with guests in the casino at the time and with those staying in the hotel was not good. I would have expected such an organization would have procedures for emergencies such as this in place. Great Hotel Check in went well and the gentleman that checked us in was very knowledgeable and informative. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. The lobby/casino area was smoky as others have stated, but our room on the 3rd floor had none of the smoke smell.

Not for tourist who aren’t there to gamble. Clean and comfortable. I was disappointed in the Resturant and bar. We were there to tour Vicksburg Battlefield not to gamble. It was set up for both clients.

Not usual stay Room was nice enough but the elevator was out and we had to stay on a floor where the staff could escort us through the staff elevator. Also there was no refrigerator.
