Like the Mississippi river view, the gambling and the restaurant in the hotel
Pleasant stay in Vicksburg Hotels.com had apparently not canceled the first reservation I had made & canceled, which caused a bit of confusion; but the clerk took my word that I did not need two rooms. The hotel is in an attractive location next to the Mississippi River. My only complaint is that the hotel restaurant is a weird combination of pre-packaged take-out food (salads & desserts) and order(and pay)-as-you-enter burgers & limited entrees. My room was clean & the bed was reasonably comfortable.
I got charged 277 but my booking online say 217

Nice hotel Nice large rooms, free ample parking, good price, only issue is I could hear the chap next door snoring! Also coffee making facility only, no tea.
