After stopping by the Hilliard location (and being very underwhelmed) I made the trip to Worthington where I've always gone. Even during a "team night" Mike took the time to help me find the right shoe to fit my needs. Even remembered me from a previous trip into the store where he had been able to help me. Stopped in tonight to get some new running shoes. I haven’t been to this store in a long time because the customer service has been terrible. But tonight Janice totally redeemed this store for me! She spent time with me, did a full evaluation and went through my results and what shoes would be best. I am so excited about my new shoes. I have NEVER had this level of service at this store EVER. She had a smile and really listened to me and worked with me to find the right shoe. Thank you Janice!
First time there today. Kyle was wonderful. We received outstanding service and we were so lucky to have worked with him.
A shout out to the Road Runner store in Worthington. Was heading to Europe yesterday and needed shoes for the trip. The generator malfunctioned, so the store had no power. It was impossible to see anything. Nonetheless, I was able to buy the shoes I needed. The shoe fitters used flashlights and battery powered lamps to fit me. I went in for the first time to get a new pair of good shoes and was lucky to get Kyle. He took the time to explain the different shoe types and what made the most sense for me. I appreciated his dedication and patience - and he didn’t blink an eye when we finished after closing. I highly recommend working with him! Thanks again Kyle!
