Everytime I go it's an hour wait at least. The membership is a racket! To use your rewards is more expensive somehow than not using them. And now I apparently have to call someone to cancel it, guess what, the wait time to do that is also very long. maybe they are helpful after you wait the hour to be helped, I will never know.

Dylan was great. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ He completed the assessment of my feet and the 3D foot scan and answered my questions. But the rep he referred me to caused me to walk out today. I’m not going to publicly shame that other rep here. But I did submit a complaint to the company via email. 👎 Customer Service 👎 Not following the assessment 👎 Handing me a pair of unboxed shoes that are clearly too big for me; why? Improve customer service and on-line shopping
So sad to post a negative review, but this is a must...just had a terrible experience returning 3 online orders with an associate named Arin. She was unfriendly and terribly unhelpful. She told me that one of my orders had been worn to the point of only a store credit. She didn't ask if they had been, she just flat-out told me. I hate this store! My husband and I went there today and the selection is small for the shoe he was looking for. Nobody ever attempted to help us. He finally found a pair of shoes he wanted only to find the didn’t have it. If he wanted to try a pair on we would had to sit and wait for 15 minutes - at a minimum. So if you have time to waste - this place is perfect! Won’t be getting our money today - or ever! 👎🏻👎🏻
