I just had THE WORST customer service experience EVER at Road Runner on Copley Drive in San Diego. I am so annoyed, frustrated and disappointed in this company ! Not only was I pushed off, skipped over and ignored 1, 2 no 3 times !! The staff there was horrible .... I walked in barley noticed... was approached by check in guys who said “you will be next I have someone for you right now” then as I waited I saw two employees approach him and look over at me and say oh I’m busy. they keep charging my sister's credit card for my husband's membership even after being told to stop. additionally they don't answer any of their phone numbers even when you sit on hold for 20+ minutes

I have bought 5 pairs of shoes and in inserts. The price is a little more than some other stores, but they have a great variety. The problem is they have no customer service. After 4 months one pair of the five shoes has stretch out where you can walk in them. I ask if they would warranty them.. Their response is they on have 90 day warranty. If you bought them any where else Walmart, Target, costco etc they all have customer satifaction. I spent $500 for the last 2 pairs with insole's and they don't care. Your bett... read more
All I need to say is this: If you google “road runner VIP membership charge” you’ll find dozens of complaints about the “business” fraudulently charging people for their membership program. Unfortunately I am just one of many people this has happened to.
