This company is crap, you don't get the right vip treatment and another thing I found the same product for $30 cheaper from Sports Chalet and this company RoadRunner Sports didn't want to price match and they trying to decide what kind of refund to give me back and that's not going to work. Better Business bureau I called because I'm sure tired of being jerked around by this company.
