Yesterday evening I probably made my last purchase at Road Runner. I wanted to buy shoes. I knew what I wanted and what sizes to try on. The only thing standing in the way is lack of customer service. No one asked me if I needed any help. All of the "fit experts" seemed to be helping people. I get that. But no one even acknowledged me. It wasn't even that busy. There were three employees in black that appeared to be just hanging out and talking to each other. What do they do there? I live on the east coast and have used their mail order service for over 26 years. All great until this year. I am a VIP member and they can't figure out the size of the last Mizuno shoes I ordered. Last order they talked me into Hoku shoes. Cushy but HUGE!! Wanted to go back to my Mizunos but they used the Hoku sized and shoes were tooooo large. Going on a month trying to get the right size or even find a store credit!!!!! Just want to complete my transaction for the right size shoes or get a refund!!!!! Debra Billetter

Terrible Customer service. The supervisor took 2 days to try to expedite an order that was supposed to be shipped via their VIP status however the fine print which is so unclear stated that their vendor would ship. CustomerCare was so busy trying to make the issue the customer fault that they couldn't even get in contact with the vendor in time before it was on the truck

I placed an order for some running shoes and had them shipped to an APO, AE address. It take appproximately a week to a week and half for mail to get Kuwait. When I called customer service, they told me that i won't get it until a month later and that has a lot to do with the postal system. BS... this isn't my first time deploying and I've had mail get to me a lot sooner. Never will I order from the company again.

It's hit or miss. I've had great moments, Kenneth has ALWAYS been polite, helpful and genuine. I went another time, told the guy which shoe I didn't want, and he STILL brought it out! As I reiterated what I told him, he looks at me pissed and says "well it's my lunch break, I gotta go!" The next lady came from after his screw up and saved the day. Ok so it's been one month since I ordered my shoes, so not only did I get them with them messing up my order 5 times, now they have sold out of shoes. This was the last straw if any one asked where to get their shoes I will tell them to stay away from Road Runners. "Word of mouth" and I do a lot of racing so I met a lot of ppl to say to don't go RR.
