Let me say at first Roberson was very reliable and enthusiastic, roof held up for around 3 years and it was solid, but then leaks started coming through. I called them many times and scheduled an appointment, no one showed up for months. I called many times and someone who said they are the wife of the owner kept apoligizing and telling me there has been a change in ownership. . He was supposed to repair a rotting soffit. He never returned or called.

We are very sorry that we did not repair the soffit.This client requested us to come give an estimate while we were working on another job nearby and by accident the repair request was never entered into our system at the office. When we are in the field like that it can be forgotten as the schedule for the day takes over. We hate to let any customer down and regret not being able to serve this client.
As stated, the roof leak was not fixed and I couldn't get the owner to call me back with suggestions on what to do, get a new roof, get a partial re-roof, etc. I have a leaky roof. Roofer came out about 15 times, sometimes doing nothing because he couldn't find the leak, sometimes reporting he fixed it. After about 15 visits, my calls were never returned.
