I have called once and emailed once, and left all my information with them. I have yet to hear from them. This is not how reputable companies work. Nothing, they have been completely unresponsive to my multiple attempts to contact them.

This is unfortunate for Roberson Roofing. I answer 95% of the calls and monitor the emails and I do not see that we were contacted by this customer. I am so sorry we missed this opportunity to provide a service.
I called for a quote for some tile roof repair. I talked live to someone in their office that stated I would be contacted about a quote. No one ever called and I ended up using another contractor.
It has been over 3 weeks with no call. I will go elsewhere for the $10,000 roofing job. I called and was told someone would call me back to schedule an appointment.

see above Spoke by phone to rep six times from 14 Aug to 24 Aug. "Doug" was to contact me about having his brother come to give me an estimate. I'm still waiting (It's now 11 Sep). Wish I could comment on their quality of work, but it's not to be. Too bad, since they have received some good reviews. I can only guess that they limit their work to the selection of the easier jobs. I have a barrel tile roof. In the meantime my roof continues to leak.
No services performed. Went with a different company. Unfortunately, a lower rated company than Roberson. The ONLY reason (at this point) I did not go with Roberson was because after 3 calls on 3 different days from my wife to the company, with a promise from the receptionist of a returned call by COB each day, we never heard back from them. No services performed. None. We called for an estimate for roof repair and they couldn't be bothered to call us back. Rude and unprofessional.

Called several times but no return call. Finally I got through and he got out to take a look at it (lives in our neighborhood so it was not out of the way for him) and he was to get back to me. Never happened. They are either very busy or were afraid of my job.
