We sent them an email and they came out right away to inspect the roof and order material. After about two weeks someone came out to repair the roof. This process took longer then anticipated and the leak in our roof grew larger ruining more of our ceiling. Also, they charged us the entire amount and forgot to deduct the $150 through Angie's List. The next time we need a repair we will inquire as to how long the process will take.
The package I bought was for a roof inspection. The service was performed, unknown to me, by a sub contractor. No appointment was made so that I could be present for the inspection, so I am dependent on the word of the sub that the service was in fact performed. As it turns out I used the sub to fix a known roof leak. To date that repair has proven to be effective.
did replace small amount of fascia but didn't seal or paint it. coated roof but didn't clean it properly before coating and did seal leak. all of this took only 4 hours (with 2 men) and cost over $1700.00. would not accept a check made out to Roberson roofing, had to make out check to rick Roberson. had to hire someone else to seal and paint fascia. replaced small amount of fascia, repaired one leak,and .coated roof.
I called a few weeks ago and set an appointment. They didn’t show. They said they had no record of that appointment. I asked for a date next week and they said they’d call us, but they didn’t. My son has called them 3 times since then and they keep saying they will call us back, but they don’t. They’re polite on the phone but they never follow through. We never hear from anyone who does any work outside the office. I bought a Big Deal for roofing.

This is Karen Turner, Office Manager and this is disheartening to me. I keep a log of all of the calls that we receive and I truly do not have this one and I regret that we did not have an opportunity to serve this customer. We try very hard to respond promptly to all calls.
I bought a roof inspection/maintenance deal of the day on Angie's list for 150 dollars, represented as a 400 dollar service including minor service and I expected some minor repair/caulking as advertised. Roofing company did an outside inspection of the roof and provided a quote for repairs. Okay. How much should it cost for a roofing company to do an outside inspection of a roof and provide a quote? Thanks for the input. We did the inspection and did some minor repairs and ended up providing this customer with an estimate for more significant repairs. Our intention was do fix little deficiencies with the coupon and assist in getting the roof up to working condition. So sorry this did not meet your expectations. We aim to pleease so a call to our office will result in complete satidfaction.
I did not use Roberson Roofing Inc Angies Deals which was for a roof inspection and minor roof repairs. It took forever for them to respond and it was a different roofing company. The package did not really offer what it said it did. i.e. "resealing around any unsealed pipe ... chimney flashing" which is what I expected. I understand you can get your rood inspected for free normally. So this was a waste of my money.

Correct this customer did not use Roberson Roofing as we were not able to respond quickly enough so we asked a fellow company to meet this need. We could not control the quality due to this and we will be refunding this customer.
He said he would be here on a particular day and at 7:30am he and his crew were here. They (apx 7 men) went right to work and only stopped for 1 hour at lunch time - they worked till 5Pm and then said that they would finish in the morning. They cleaned up the yard and driveway when they left that day.
