From start to finish, Online Central loan officer Rob Ferger was great to work with! We had a new build that the timeline kept changing on, but Online Central was helpful and knowledgeable right up until we closed. Their online portal was easy to upload documents and our loan officer was quick to answer any questions and/or keep us updated on where we were in the process. The mortgage process can be stressful. This was our 8th mortgage (moved a lot for my career) and Rob Ferger made it the easiest yet. To make it more complicated, we were buying out of state and just as I started a new job. I'll admit I was skeptical after Central Trust Bank quoted rates lower than ANY competitor for a similar price, but Rob Ferger exceeded all of my expectations! The rate was lower, the price was lower, and the entire process took 30 days from initial quote to closing. Most importantly, however, Rob made the whole experience pleasant by providing excellent customer service, answering all of my questions extremely fast, and keeping all promises. Professional, timely, and thorough. 10/10 would recommend Rob to anyone I know.

Having done some initial research I was a bit hesitant to use a bank I was unfamiliar with. However, once I started obtaining quotes and estimates I felt confident in Rob and Central Bank. I was honestly dreading the process of buying a home because my first experience was demoralizing and stressful. Rob was transparent, accessible, communicative, and flexible. Couldn't be happier with Rob and the whole process. He responded to emails quickly. It was probably 6 months from the time I first contacted him until I found a house to bid on.
