It was a pleasure working with nbkc, especially with Robert Ferger as my loan officer. He was extremely responsive, very patient in answering my myriad questions and requests for different rates etc. Overall process was very streamlined for my 15 year refi loan, and I would completely recommend this to anyone looking for a refi/home loan, and try to get Robert as your loan officer :)

The customer service Robert gives is simply excellent. Very responsive, communicates clearly, best customer service I've ever seen from a lender in the many houses I've bought and sold. I got the impression that they actually valued me and wanted my loan (which is not common). NBKC was very easy to work with. The only negative was the length of time it took the closing process to come to the table; while I have seen delays in the closing process being very common with all banks right now during Covid, it is still not the gre... read more

Rob was amazing. Even my realtor was completely amazed with Robs timeliness to any and all questions we asked. No matter if it was a Sunday or a holiday, banker hours never applied to Rob. He was straight to the point and was always willing to give me great advise. He will be recommended to all friends I have that are looking to either buy or refinance their home. I had a great and wonderful experience with working with Rob. Don’t look anywhere else, he is your man.

Robert "Rob" is just a great guy to work with. He looked at our situation, made some great recommendations, and we're happy with the rate. If you're looking for a highly response and professional mortgage broker, I'd highly recommend him. He came through with everything he said up front: The rates, no hidden costs, payment amounts, etc. - these all stayed true until and through closing. Very happy and will use him again.
