Everything went very smoothly for my refinance. Rob Ferger was very straightforward and upfront. I researched about 12 different lenders and decided on NBKC. I was not disappointed. The lender fees were by far the lowest and they offered the best interest rate. I would definitely use Rob and NBKC bank again.

I was not a first time buyer but it had been many years since going through the home loan process. Rob was proactive and accessible. He was crazy enough to provide his cell phone for weekend and after hour questions. We tried to throw in some last minute curve balls but Rob was responsive and flexible and helped us get to closing on time. I appreciate being able to reach Rob basically any time or day I needed him.
