As a former loan officer I appreciate when a lender/loan officer is knowledgeable, honest and responsive. Rob was all of those things and more. I was hesitant at first to use an online lender but the reviews of NBKC convinced me to give them a try. This refi was the easiest mortgage action I've ever experienced! And closing on a Saturday morning at my home was the ultimate "cherry on top"! I highly recommend NBKC and Rob Fegler.

This wasn’t our first ‘rodeo’ with borrowing for a mortgage but it was our best experience in doing so. I had many lenders calling to get my business, but Robert stuck out. He was interested in my needs and took a genuine can-do spirit which gave me the confidence I could do all the needed tasks to get to the closing stage. Dealing with the mortgage process can be stressful and add to that the hot market. Rob was a pleasure to deal with, quick to respond to any questions or issues while being friendly and professional, he is truly an asset to the company.
