The people, my only complaint is that I was told my house would be professionally cleaned like it looks in the models and that's not what happened so I'm trying to get my floors cleaned as we speak. after receiving the keys yesterday I had to clean the bathrooms nothing was cleaned only vacuumed in the bedrooms so my overall experience that was so great, came down quite a bit as of yesterday so I really hope someone could go in there and clean the floors I shouldn't have to do that or ANYTHING
