The people, my only complaint is that I was told my house would be professionally cleaned like it looks in the models and that's not what happened so I'm trying to get my floors cleaned as we speak. after receiving the keys yesterday I had to clean the bathrooms nothing was cleaned only vacuumed in the bedrooms so my overall experience that was so great, came down quite a bit as of yesterday so I really hope someone could go in there and clean the floors I shouldn't have to do that or ANYTHING
Mr. Reber. He is a man who has full knowledge and control over his work, he really knows what he is doing, but the real reason why I feel appreciated by him for his immense humanity, is a person who really cares about his clients, nice, respectful , attentive and friendly. It was a pleasure to work with him.

This was my first home purchase, and I thought Robert was very helpful with explaining financial terminology and with describing my options. When I thought I had found a better mortgage interest rate elsewhere, he was prompt to respond with a matched interest rate and lower down-payment in order to ensure KBHS Loans remained competitive, and in the end, my best option. I was happy with his customer service and assistance!
