The communication and clarity where excellent throughout the lending process.Compared to previous lending experiences this was easy and painless right through closing. Would definitely recommend Robert to potential buyer of a KB home.

Timely communication was poor, options not provided just selected on our behalf, numbers changed throughout process that should have been firm (fees, points, etc.)

The process was very fast pace and I felt rushed through the entire process. The sales rep did a poor job giving full details which resulted in my experience with Mr. Reber being a poor one. If the process would have been slowed down I would have been able to understand a bit better instead of being overwhelmed with numbers and charts and being pushed to make a decision constantly made this first experience a nightmare. I did not have trust in the initial team at all.

I have worked with multiple mortgage companies to be precise at least 4 of them and all of them were communicating frequently and very open about the rates and helping me provide all the insights to make the right decision but unfortunately with Robert the communication i have got is very minimal and had a feeling that his motive was always to sell points and lock in higher rates which is really unfortunate
