Meeting Robert in the Sales Center for Bannon Lakes was just a coincidence but I had a really good feeling about the neighborhood simply by how friendly Robert was. Little did I know, at the time, that he would be handling our first home purchase! Robert was VERY responsive and provided his cell phone number so I could text anytime I needed. Even on our closing date, Robert and KHBS were champions for us giving us an additional $1,550 towards closing that they did not have to do. VERY HAPPY!!
