Poor communication mostly. Hard to respond. When I get a response, they don't fully answer all my questions. Doesn't seem Robert has the time, that's all.

Robert was okay to deal with and would of been an easier process to go through him directly. Deneen is who we dealt with mostly and she was awful to get ahold of or to respond, she went 6 months without talking to us, asking to run our credit or for banking information, also we asked what felt like 100 times what we needed to close on our house, we wanted to a lot how much we had to spend on other needs and it was like pulling teeth. Also we sent a wire a week before closing and our amount changed before closing.

I couldn’t get ahold of anyone most of the time. Robert was the only one to respond to me actually. If I needed to email someone I had to CC Robert in order to get a response.

We had to keep correcting down payments that were not in the closing documents, one time should have been sufficient. Our final statement should have been ready before 1730 the day before closing, when the loan was approved days before. This could have been a major thorn with us obtaining the funds needed for closing. It also took several different communication to get the cod fees taking care of, when it was noted the first day we signed papers that it was our intention to pay the fees upfront.

We had misunderstandings on the paperwork and with the closing date closing in on us we felt no one cared. We were calling for answers, supposed to get a return call but would have to reach out again because we didnt get the return call. It seemed that Robert didnt know what was going on with our situation with KB at corporate. My husband would get paperwork that I didnt always get and I am the Veteran, we should have both been cc'd yet we had Mike at sales trying to help communicate for us.

Robert was good with keeping in contact with me at first but the communication started to fade as my closing was coming near. I had to send multiple follow up emails with him and copy others on the email to have him respond.

This loan company was terrible to work with. I was told as an explanation to why I need to resubmit the same documents multiple times as "we always need to verify with your people". What does that mean? "Your people"? Also the bait and switch with the rates in an attempt to over charge me from our original agreement was insulting.
