In the beginning of the process starting in April 2022 I had the opportunity to have Wells Fargo as my loan source getting locked in at 4.75 . KB took 2 weeks for me to lock in and when i locked with KB the interest rate was 5.75

Robert was professional during our conversations but poor communication and advice is the one of the factors to which why I chose that rating. I'm not sure but I would imagine he would want the customer to get the absolute best loan possible. While rates were rising he never reached out even to let us know about long term locks or for a reminder. Unfortunately all the information I got was because I asked but he didn't provide much. 1. Courtesy to return calls or respond to emails in a timely manner 2. Communication at a minimum 3. Because of him i ended up paying 4422.91$ in points & extension cost more 4. He might be busy or stretched thin and i'am unsure about his situation but he should not sign up for something he can't manage

We went to visit our home on Sunday the 28th the day before we were set to close on our home and the home was a mess. Management from KB Home told us they were unaware of our close date because it was never communicated to them by your loan office. It was unprofessional and a rush on Monday to get us in for a final walk through at home because a lack of communication. I would be very unlikely to recommend.

The process to obtain a rate lock was not acceptable. We shouldn't have had to wait and watch as rates were increasing on our loan. I'm sure that Robert didn't have control over this, but he is the one that I'm being asked to review and it is reflected directly on him. Also, towards the end of our closing process, we had questions for Robert and he became unresponsive.
