On Sat, Jan 7th, 2023 my husband & I went to Rocky Mount Toyota to trade my vehicle in for a Jeep Wrangler in the used car lot. William Pittman was our salesman and the purchasing process went as expected. When signing all the paperwork, Anna Furgason, offered us multiple options for warranties. Came in on Labor Day looking for a RAV4 Hybrid. It was busy but the Sales Rep Derek M. spent time with us showing us similar cars since they didn’t have any RAV4 Hybrid on the lot. With no real expectations once I arrived just hopes of finding a vehicle that would catch my eye, I went to Fred Anderson Toyota of Rocky Mount NC. I was greeted by Mr. Kevin Roberson who gladly assisted me and answered any and all of my questions. I found a car that caught my eye, but I wasn’t really “sold” on”. Mr. Roberson, made it his business to find a car (on its way to the lot) that would ease any anxieties of purchasing a car.
