DJ was very professional and did an excellent job of making us feel comfortable and following up answering the questions we had. He was very helpful, polite, and seemed to genuinely care about us finding a vehicle we were comfortable with. I did have a couple of kids in tow, and DJ was very patient. After my wife inquired about a '21 Sequoia, DJ was quick to get back to us the next morning and get us setup with scheduling a time to come in and purchase the truck. All of the representatives including DJ, Jackie, and Chet were all very forthcoming about the information we requested about the truck and getting us in the vehicle as quickly as possible.
DJ did a great job making me feel comfortable and relaxed while doing the test drive. A the paperwork process was prett easy as well
Customer service was excellent. When an issue occurred, they did not hesitate to find a solution that was convenient for us. Thumbs up!
I had exceptional service from the moment I walked through the door. I was immediately greeted by a staff member and asked how could I be helped and a salesman by the name of DJ came to assist me. DJ was attentive to what I was looking for and very personable. I Came to rocky mount Toyota dealership at last minute to check out a used Toyota Highlander. On the way Tyler Rochelle sent me a link about the car and a walk around video with information on the special deals for the car. He was very friendly and answered any question I had with the purchase of my car. I did not feel pressured into anything with this purchase and he made me feel very comfortable during this process. So I will say Rocky Mount Toyota is a great place to buy a new or used car!
