I Betty Brown bought a 2016 highlander from rocky mount toyota back in November 2021! Jackie Burke went above and beyond on my purchase! She really knows about her job! I would recommend her for your next purchase! I've dealt with her since 2015 buying cars! She always made my experience very good!
I got my vehicle serviced at this location for the 5,000 service. I paid $139 for an alignment so it wasn’t like I didn’t give them any money. Anyways, my carpets were alittle dirty and they didn’t even take the time to vacuum the car. I know of oil changing places that vacuum your car for you, no matter what you got done. I know of other Toyota and other dealerships that do this simple thing that sets them apart from other companies.
