Excellent communication, minimal "noise", great support staff. Truly trouble free, compared to previous loan through another lender. Unlike the other lender, GR had one main point of contact with 2 support personnel. Did not experience multiple staffers asking for duplicate documents. The entire process was without difficulty and Rod was a pleasure to do business with.

Rod and his team of Rebecca and Kristen were able to explain my home refinance options. Once the best option was picked Rod coordinated getting all the paperwork filled in promptly. The process went smoothly. We are happy that we contacted Rod.
Very easy application and loan process with minimal supporting documents needed. Loan status updates were provided at appropriate times. Loan closed timely in coordination with sale of home and purchase of condo. When completed Rod telephoned to see if we needed anything else.
